Whether you’re planning a corporate training day, a birthday party or holiday get-together, Northside Community Centre YMCA is the ideal venue for
your next gathering. With maximum capacities between 15 and 300 guests, there’s a space for every event!

Our facility is perfectly situated in northwest Red Deer, close to Highway 2. Northside Community Center YMCA is wheelchair accessible, with elevator access, spacious entries and hallways, making choosing this rental space in Red Deer an easy decision.

Arts & Culture Room

Tables in a sun-filled room are prepared with various children's activities, like books, blocks and science experiments,

Our arts and culture room has large sturdy workspaces, stainless steel countertops and a built-in sink. This spacious room is well suited to meet all your creative needs and can host a maximum of 35 people.

Boardroom

A small room featuring a boardroom-style table in the centre.

This space is the perfect location for a meeting, support group or small group training. Our boardroom features built-in audio, projector, projection screen and television and can host a maximum of 16 people.

Event Room

Our event room includes a built-in sound system, projection screen and can be configured to suit every occasion from a large meeting to ceremonies and parties, for up to 70 people.

Fitness Studio

A small group fitness class uses TRX equiptment in a sun-filled studio space.

Ideal space for dance groups, fitness classes and rehearsals, our studio has a Bluetooth sound system, shock absorption flooring, floor-to-ceiling mirrors and a dance barre! Our studio can host up to 20 people.

Gymnasium

Our gymnasium includes a built-in sound system, projection screen, basketball nets, and access to additional add-ons such as pickleball, volleyball and badminton nets, soccer and ball hockey! This space is perfect for sport groups, weddings and large workshops, and can host up to 300 people.

This versatile space offers built-in audio, television and a sink. There is additional access to a built-in projector and larger space when combined with the boardroom. This space can host up to 28 people.

A state-of-the-art kitchen features a large kitchen island with stools around it, as well as other various kitchen gadgets.

Our state-of-the-art teaching kitchen features double wall ovens, two induction cooktops, large island prep space and access to the rooftop patio with a BBQ, perfect for a chef or chef in the making! This unique space can host up to 18 people.

Youth Centre

A room built for teens, featuring couches, a TV mounted on a wall with a gaming system, foosball table and air hockey table.

Ideal for birthday parties, this space offers a foosball and air hockey table, a video game console for your guests to enjoy and comfortable couches. Our youth centre can host up to 15 people.
