Free mental health support in West Edmonton Mall

Kickstand Edmonton, operated by YMCA of Northern Alberta, is a hub for youth ages 11–25 seeking mental health support, life skills training, peer support and more. It's a safe space that's respectful of different cultures and inclusive to all.
Everyone deserves the opportunity to let their potential shine — we're here to help.
We've assembled more than 20 service providers under one roof! Services are free, you don't need a referral and we won't turn you away.
At Kickstand Edmonton, you can talk to mental health professionals, access primary health care from nurse practitioners and doctors, find Indigenous wellness support, get help with life skills like finding a job or a stable place to live, connect with friends, and get non-judgmental support in matters of addiction, reproductive health, gender and LGBTQIA2S+ issues.
Thank you to the Edmonton Community Foundation and City of Champions Lions Club for your generous support of YMCA of Northern Alberta's operation of Kickstand Edmonton.
Thank you to the Mental Health Foundation for your support of Kickstand directly, which allows the YMCA and our partner agencies to make a difference through this centre!
