YThrive fitness programming has three workout plans for you:
Ready Workout Plan
Stage 1: Foundational fitness program designed for those new to exercising.
- A safe place to start and focus on forming healthy habits
- Build confidence on the fitness floor
- Short exercise routines on equipment that is easy to use
Strive Workout Plan
Stage 2: For those with some exercise experience looking to take their fitness to the next level.
- Suitable for those returning to exercise or looking to enhance their fitness
- Increase your knowledge and how to get the most out of your workouts
- Structured support from a coach to keep progressing
Commit Workout Plan
Stage 3: For experienced exercisers looking to diversify workouts and reach new heights.

YTHRIVE is a 6-month fitness program to help you achieve your health and wellness goals. Participants meet with a YMCA coach regularly to learn the workouts safely and get the support needed to keep going. The exercises can be completed at your convenience and the goal is to provide you with effective routines so you can get the most of your workouts.
YTHRIVE is designed to keep you motivated and help you reach your goals faster. The dedicated team of coaches will support you and provide you with workout plans designed by experts to help you diversify your routine and get the results you want.
Meet with a YTHRIVE coach who will work with you to assess your situation. Although many of the exercises can be adapted to accommodate specific limitations or restrictions, it is essential to prioritize your safety and well-being when engaging in any physical activity.
YTHRIVE helps you gain the skills, knowledge and confidence on the weight floor so you can get the most of your workouts. There are no additional costs, and the exercises can be completed on your own time and schedule.
Personal Trainers will work one-to-one with you to understand your health history, short- and long-term goals and develop a customized plan to get you there.
YTHRIVE coach appointments are done one-on-one to ensure that you receive a personalized experience tailored to your specific needs.
Following your individual sessions, you can certainly do your YTHRIVE exercises together with a workout buddy! It is a great opportunity to motivate each other and make the experience even more rewarding.
Yes, the workout plans are yours to keep. Additionally, as a YTHRIVE Alumni, you will have access to a library of workouts for you to continue progressing your workouts on your own!
