Children's Programming
Children’s sports and recreation programs use age-appropriate activities and game practice to develop fundamental movement skills.

Facility Amenities
Find strength and cardio machines, free weights, Olympic weightlifting platforms, functional training spaces and a track in our second-floor fitness centre to support your wellness goals!
Make a splash in our main pool or smaller teach pool located on the main floor through one of three general change rooms, or our two second-floor Plus change rooms.
Our first-floor gymnasium can host a variety of activities, from basketball and soccer to badminton and pickleball! Some equipment can be provided.
Our centre has two large studio spaces, one behind our front desk and the other on the north side of our centre. To use these spaces, please speak with a staff member.
Our family zone is a space for families to spend quality time together, as an included part of your membership.
Shoot some hoops, relax at picnic tables or play on the children's equipment in our accessible outdoor space!
